The slaughterhouse is built on an area of 1.7 hectares and consists of administrative and production premises and modern auxiliary facilities.
On the territory of the slaughterhouse, in compliance with all sanitary and epidemiological requirements, an engineering infrastructure has been created, in particular, lines for drinking and technical supply, power transmission, sewerage and a mudflow discharge line.
The production building consists of a place for receiving birds, a shop for slaughter and plucking, washing and cooling of poultry meat, a shop for cutting and packing birds, special refrigeration rooms for freezing meat and warehouses for storing products up to 18 degrees below zero.
It should be noted that the slaughter process is carried out by the “halal” method.
Slaughter equipment is purchased from European and Chinese companies with a special place in the world market, it is made of special steel, which is used in the food industry.
In order to determine the quality of products, a special laboratory has been created; in the course of slaughter and production of finished products, quality, types, size and other necessary indicators are monitored.
At the final stage of the production of finished products and their packaging, they are stored in special refrigeration rooms.
For the first time a spiral-shaped deep-freezer was installed at the slaughterhouse, which currently has no analogues in the country. The refrigeration room operates at a temperature of 40 degrees below zero and cools poultry parts with a capacity of 3,000 kilograms per hour to 18 degrees below zero. The refrigeration equipment was purchased from the leading Chinese company CBFI.
So that poultry meat does not lose its quality and nutritional properties, the equipment allows you to freeze it in a short time. The advantage of the equipment is that its operation is fully automated.
At the end of the production process, the finished product is stored in two refrigerated rooms, the internal temperature of which is 18 degrees below zero, where the meat is stored until it is exported for sale.
The slaughterhouse has three refrigeration rooms with a capacity of 10, 150 and 300 tons. Here, the manufactured products are stored for a long time in accordance with the standards.
For the systematic operation of the slaughterhouse, more than 15 pieces of special equipment and mechanisms are used, which facilitates the work of employees.
The total amount of funds for the construction of the slaughterhouse is 51 million somoni, 100 new jobs have been created in the slaughterhouse.
Workers are provided with decent working conditions, decent wages, canteens, work clothes, and a place to rest.
Along with the construction of the workshop, the management took measures to improve and plant greenery around the facility and its internal territory, for this purpose evergreen and ornamental trees were planted.
The activities of the poultry agro-industrial complex of the Limited Liability Company Marmari are continuation of the company’s value chain and are carried out in accordance with the strategic goals of the Government of the country, especially to provide the population with quality food and accelerate the industrialization of the country.
The measure was implemented to enrich the capital’s consumer market with environmentally friendly dietary meat products.

For the construction of an incubator in the Sebiston rural jamoat of the Dangara district, 1 ha of land was allocated. The area for the construction of the incubator, which is the largest in Tajikistan, is more than 2,000 square meters.
Here, modern production and auxiliary premises with the latest equipment and technologies have been put into operation, a system of engineering infrastructure has been introduced, taking into account sanitary and epidemiological requirements.
The facility consists of a sanitary and technological area, a place for receiving hatching eggs, a refrigeration room for storing hatching eggs, a setter room with special carts for eggs, a setter room, a chick hatching room, a vaccination room and a chick breeding room.
The annual production capacity of the incubator is more than 5 million birds, of which 3 million go to the poultry houses of the Marmari poultry complex for breeding. The remaining chickens of the enterprise will be transferred to other poultry farms in the country to provide them with high-quality broiler chickens.
For the delivery of chickens from the incubator to the chicken coop, specialized equipment was purchased in order to comply with the requirements and standards set by the industry.
Here, good working conditions have been created for workers, they are provided with high wages, work clothes, hygienic disinfectants, a canteen and a place to rest.
Incubator equipment meets the necessary requirements and is the production of the leading company of the People’s Republic of China “EI Farming” (EI Farming), which occupies a significant position in the markets of Europe and Asia.

The modern enterprise was created with the aim of continuing the implementation of creative initiatives and plans, achieving the strategic goal of accelerating the industrialization of the country, ensuring the food security of the republic and implementing the constructive policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Taking into account the provision of the consumer market of the capital of the country, which is under the direct control of the Executive body of state power of the city of Dushanbe, the agro-industrial complex works in a timely manner and with excellent quality for the production of domestic products.
The territory of the poultry house occupies 22.75 hectares of land, on which an administrative building, 12 poultry farms, 4 warehouses, a sanitary building, 2 equipment sanitization zones and a reservoir are built.
Each farm breeds up to 30 thousand birds, the growing period is 45 days.
Using the capacity of all poultry houses, it is possible to raise more than 3 million birds per year.
The total volume of capital investments in the construction of the enterprise is 104 million somoni, where, along with the incubator of the enterprise, more than 160 new jobs have been created. In general, highly qualified specialists and ordinary workers are citizens of the country.
The farms are equipped with modern equipment from European and Chinese companies, including lines for feeding, watering, lighting, heating and ventilation.
The infrastructure of the poultry house is provided with electricity and water supply, the roads are asphalted in accordance with the standards.
Conditions have been created for the normal operation of the poultry house at this facility, while more than 20 units of special equipment and mechanisms are involved.
Along with attracting local residents to work, better working conditions have been created for them, including hot meals, work clothes, good wages and work supplies.
At the same time, for the implementation of landscaping work, the surroundings and the territories inside the poultry house have been landscaped, for this purpose more than 2,500 trees have been planted.
