On August 28, in the Dangara region, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, honorable Emomali Rahmon and the Chairman of the Majlisi milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe, honorable Rustami Emomali, commissioned the poultry agro-industrial complex of the Limited Liability Company Marmari.
The head of state, honorable Emomali Rahmon, first removed the canvas from the symbolic board in the Sebiston rural jamoat, and launched the enterprise’s incubator.
For the construction of an incubator in the Sebiston rural jamoat of the Dangara district, 1 ha of land was allocated. The area for the construction of the incubator, which is the largest in Tajikistan, is more than 2,000 square meters.
Here, modern production and auxiliary premises with the latest equipment and technologies have been put into operation, a system of engineering infrastructure has been introduced, taking into account sanitary and epidemiological requirements.
The facility consists of a sanitary and technological area, a place for receiving hatching eggs, a refrigeration room for storing hatching eggs, a setter room with special carts for eggs, a setter room, a chick hatching room, a vaccination room and a chick breeding room.
The annual production capacity of the incubator is more than 5 million birds, of which 3 million go to the poultry houses of the Marmari poultry complex for breeding. The remaining chickens of the enterprise will be transferred to other poultry farms in the country to provide them with high-quality broiler chickens.
For the delivery of chickens from the incubator to the chicken coop, specialized equipment was purchased in order to comply with the requirements and standards set by the industry.
Here, good working conditions have been created for workers, they are provided with high wages, work clothes, hygienic disinfectants, a canteen and a place to rest.
Incubator equipment meets the necessary requirements and is the production of the leading company of the People’s Republic of China “EI Farming” (EI Farming), which occupies a significant position in the markets of Europe and Asia.
After the commissioning of the incubator building in the Sebiston rural jamoat, the President of the country, honorable Emomali Rahmon, together with the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe, honorable Rustami Emomali, opened a broiler poultry factory of the Poultry Agro-Industrial Complex of the Limited Liability Company Marmari.
The modern enterprise was created with the aim of continuing the implementation of creative initiatives and plans, achieving the strategic goal of accelerating the industrialization of the country, ensuring the food security of the republic and implementing the constructive policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Taking into account the provision of the consumer market of the capital of the country, which is under the direct control of the Executive body of state power of the city of Dushanbe, the agro-industrial complex works in a timely manner and with excellent quality for the production of domestic products.
The territory of the poultry house occupies 22.75 hectares of land, on which an administrative building, 12 poultry farms, 4 warehouses, a sanitary building, 2 equipment sanitization zones and a reservoir are built.
Each farm breeds up to 30 thousand birds, the growing period is 45 days.
Using the capacity of all poultry houses, it is possible to raise more than 3 million birds per year.
The total volume of capital investments in the construction of the enterprise is 104 million somoni, where, along with the incubator of the enterprise, more than 160 new jobs have been created. In general, highly qualified specialists and ordinary workers are citizens of the country.
The farms are equipped with modern equipment from European and Chinese companies, including lines for feeding, watering, lighting, heating and ventilation.
The infrastructure of the poultry house is provided with electricity and water supply, the roads are asphalted in accordance with the standards.
Conditions have been created for the normal operation of the poultry house at this facility, while more than 20 units of special equipment and mechanisms are involved.
Along with attracting local residents to work, better working conditions have been created for them, including hot meals, work clothes, good wages and work supplies.
At the same time, for the implementation of landscaping work, the surroundings and the territories inside the poultry house have been landscaped, for this purpose more than 2,500 trees have been planted.
The activities of the new poultry farm correspond to the strategic goals of the Government of the country, especially in the direction of providing the population with quality food and the accelerated industrialization of the country.
